Please contact us through our email address: info@ocdsocal.org.

Closer to the day of the conference, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the platform.

Each ticket will receive a unique log-in and password to be used on one screen. If only one ticket was purchased, both attendees will need to watch the same presentations. We recommend that you purchase a ticket for each person so attendees can choose different presentations to watch.

You are able to move from room to room during a session. If you enter a virtual room to watch a presentation and decide you would prefer to attend a different talk, you can leave and enter a new room and a new talk.

We do offer scholarships for those unable to purchase tickets. Please send a request for a scholarship to scholarships@ocdsocal.org.

We will refund your ticket up to 7 days before the conference.

Our platform utilizes Zoom. If you are familiar with Zoom, you will find the conference easy to navigate. We also provide an orientation at the beginning of the conference to orient everyone to the platform.

Most conference content may be too advanced for young children. However, there will be Saturday evening activities for kids/teens (under 18). We would love for your children to join us for these Saturday evening events!

Teens and young adults will find topics of interest and should attend.  We have added a Young Adult track to the conference this year.  There will also be separate Saturday evening activities for young adults (>18) and for kids/teens (under 18).

Part of our mission is to provide resources for everyone, and to never let finances prevent someone from attending an event. Please contact us at info@ocdsocal.org to let us know your situation. We will discuss how to register so the entire family can attend at a reasonable cost.
